We were so fortunate to have found Irene and Kathy when we moved to Long Island. As our Realtors, they helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. jThey were so patient as we looked at several homes over a few months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.In short, they were always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Kathy and Irene was that they were always most focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met OUR needs than they were on closing a deal. We never felt any pressure and felt they were always very HONEST with us. They really stood up for us when it came to negotiations as well. Irene and Kathy Orioli did an excellent job helping us find a home within the North Shore of Long Island. Our search spanned countless homes over a 4 year process, and the Orioli sisters were patient and dedicated the entire time, and never pressured us into buying a home despite the long time horizon. We spent most of our time with Irene, and she was always very kind and professional in her approach, and we developed a very strong and trusting relationship. She helped us get in early on a house she knew we would like, and we were able to negotiate a deal before the listing was widely circulated. She was very helpful through the closing process, and when there was a hiccup that occurred along the way that she took responsibility for and even offered us a credit in recognition of the error, which she did not have to do. Suffice to say, we were very happy with her honest and friendly approach, and highly recommend she and her sister to would-be home buyers or sellers.
